be taking notes on and discussing Legal and Courtroom Terminology to gain a better understanding of the legal system.

learn to decipher materials that will give a complete briefing on the purpose, grading, and stipulated facts for their Mock Trial Experience.

develop teams of Plaintiff & Defense for Mock Trial that will take place in the days ahead.

be coordinating and presenting witness testimony, evidence, opening and closing statements, and trial strategy for the Mock Trial through the efforts of the Plaintiff & Defense teams.
Each student will take part in the mock trial by portraying any of the following roles :

All of the roles will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.
The rubrics for each of the roles can be accessed by clicking on the corresponding link. The grade will be a Major Test Grade that will be determined by averaging the Student Graded Rubrics [2/3] and Mr. Snyder's Rubric [1/3].
